A good view is a beginning. A good decision needs a little more.
Start with how you will use it
Write down what matters most: short breaks, longer family stays, remote work or a managed rental arrangement. The right layout depends on your intended use, and your priorities may differ from another buyer’s.
Compare the same things
Ask whether quoted areas are internal, covered, saleable or inclusive of shared space. Compare the exact unit, floor, orientation and finish specification. A residence category is not a substitute for an approved unit plan.
Look beyond the render
Request actual site photography, a verified map pin, access details and the current approved specification. Ask which images are architectural renders and which reflect completed work. Check the final approach and seasonal arrangements.
Make the shortlist useful
Save a few residences and note what you still need to verify for each one. Use the comparison view to identify meaningful differences rather than choosing solely on a headline price.
Put the next step in writing
Prepare a concise enquiry with your shortlisted units, intended use, budget assumptions and unanswered questions. Ask for dated documentation before making commitments.
