Which apartments are available?
Harsukh Residencies has 146 apartments across nine levels. Five layouts can be explored on this website: a 446 sq ft studio (G-1), a 692 sq ft one-bedroom (V5-10), a 1,427 sq ft two-bedroom (F2-15), a 1,801 sq ft three-bedroom (F2-14) and a 1,633 sq ft penthouse (F3-6). Ask the sales team for current availability.
What can I do in the 3D tours?
Rotate each apartment, switch to a top-down plan or walk through it room by room. The penthouse tour lets you lift the roof, and the one-bedroom tour includes a furnished film.
Are the images and films of completed homes?
No. They are artist’s impressions of the architecture and interiors. Finishes may differ from one apartment to another.
What are the prices?
Prices depend on the apartment and the floor. Ask the sales team for the current price list.
Can I save and compare apartments?

What is the payment plan?
Harsukh’s current payment plan is a 20% down payment, with the balance paid in instalments till 2028. Ask the sales team for the schedule. The payment planner on this website lets you try your own figures; it does not include interest, taxes or fees.
Is the rental return guaranteed?
No. Harsukh has stated a rental return of up to 24% a year. Actual returns depend on occupancy, management terms and running costs.
How far has construction progressed?
Harsukh’s latest construction update says the building is about 40% complete. Ask the sales team for dated site photographs and the current schedule.
Where is Harsukh Residencies?

Can I arrange a video viewing?
Yes. Send your preferred apartment, date and time zone on WhatsApp or by email, and the team will confirm a time.
Where are the floor plans and approvals?
Every apartment page has a downloadable floor plan, and all five are in the document centre. Ask the sales team for the approval documents.
